Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of flyysports.com and any products, subscriptions or coaching you buy from SFLYY SPORTS LLC (“SFLYY Sports,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or buy our products and services.

2. Nature of our products

SFLYY Sports offers educational bankroll and money management coaching, along with related digital content and subscriptions, for informational purposes only. Our coaching is not financial, investment, or legal advice, does not include picks or wagering advice, and does not guarantee any results.

3. Purchases and payment

Prices are listed on the site at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party processors. Digital products are delivered by email and/or your account after payment is confirmed. Coaching sessions are scheduled through our online booking calendar.

4. Subscriptions

Some plans are recurring subscriptions billed weekly or monthly as shown at checkout, and some are managed through our subscription partner, Winible. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges and access ends at the close of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. If you were charged in error or did not receive a product you paid for, contact us at admin@flyysports.com and we will review the request.

6. SMS / text message terms

  • Program: SFLYY Sports may send text messages with bankroll and money management coaching updates (such as coaching tips, session reminders, and new course announcements), plus notices about your orders, account, and subscription (for example, order confirmations and subscription notices), to customers who opt in. Text messages do not contain picks, odds, or betting advice.
  • Consent: Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies.
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
  • Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact admin@flyysports.com or 725-234-4555.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Content and materials are for your personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including coaching materials, analysis, graphics, and logos, belongs to SFLYY SPORTS LLC and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SFLYY SPORTS LLC is not liable for any losses, including financial losses, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible money management

Only use money you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
